Shipments & Complaints

Shipments

All shipments are made with the Belgian post bpost and according to its rates. For postcards, pricing is based on the weight of the total postcards ordered. If you add more postcards after viewing the total, the shipping costs may therefore adjust according to the new weight.

 

Delivery times are as indicated by bpost, plus one day margin. If additional delays occur, this is beyond our control and depends on the bpost postal service. It cannot therefore be guaranteed by L’Atelier des Auréoles that the cards ordered will arrive within the time indicated.​

 

The candles are also sent by bpost. Standard shipping costs are free on the candles and the delivery time is to be set individually, for each candle.

Exchanges and Refunds

Postcards can be refunded within 14 days. To do this, you must return the postcards at your expense within 14 days. For a refund to take place, cards must be in original condition, i.e. clean and without having being bent or otherwise damaged.

 

The refund request must be made to the email address atelier.des.aureoles@gmail.com and the refund will be made to the bank account used for payment of the cards in question. Please indicate the order number and the name of the cards in question, in the event of a partial refund.​

 

The candles are neither exchangeable nor refundable, as they are custom-made items and made in close collaboration with the customer.

For logistical reasons, it is not possible to make exchanges.
