RETURN POLICY
As this is a custom made order, no return is possible. Exceptions are possible, please contact me directly.
SHIPPING
All shipments are made with the Belgian post bpost and according to their rates. For postcards, pricing is based on the weight of the total postcards ordered. If you add more postcards after viewing the total, the shipping costs may therefore adjust according to the new weight.
Delivery times are as indicated by bpost, plus one day margin. If additional delays occur, this is beyond my control and depends on the bpost postal service. L'Atelier des Auréoles cannot therefore guarantee that the cards ordered will arrive within the timeframe indicated.
